What to expect
A sound bath is a restorative natured practice that invites you to slow down and unwind. Once you’re comfortable and snuggled up with blankets and cushions I will begin to guide you on a journey to press pause and sink into a more relaxed state of being. Once you're settled, you may start to lose awareness of the world around you as I guide you through a journey of sounds. Healing vibrations, frequencies, and sensations will work their magic, enveloping and flowing through you. Every sound experience is unique. The sounds have a way of meeting us where we are at and offering what it is that we need. You may find it so relaxing you fall asleep, or you may have a more active experience that is more visual. It is my intention to create a safe and sacred space for deep rest, rejuvenation & healing.
Benefits of Sound Healing
The sound waves produced by crystal bowls can guide your brain waves into theta and delta states, the slowest brain wave patterns associated with deep relaxation.
In this deeply relaxed state, your body releases oxytocin (the love/kindness hormone) and serotonin (the happy hormone).
Nitric oxide is also released in certain areas of the body, enhancing immunity and providing various other physiological benefits.
Your active mind takes a break, allowing you to explore the magical space between wakefulness and sleep.
In this state, you are more likely to discover answers to lingering questions, spark creative ideas, gain clarity, understand internal blockages, and find peace and a sense of coming home.
Monthly Yin & Sound Ceremony
My monthly yin & sound healing practices are a beautiful opportunity to reset and recharge. My intention for these ceremonies is to create a space for grounding, nourishing & healing.
